To open and maintain an account on phppg, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all personal information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number — is accurate, current, and belongs to you. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balance.
Each person is permitted to hold only one phppg account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. phppg reserves the right to verify your identity at any point using government-issued Philippine identification documents, and you agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request within the timeframe specified by the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phppg immediately through the support channels listed on the platform. phppg will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

All financial transactions on phppg are conducted exclusively in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment channels that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation. phppg reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used on your account before processing a withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by channel and by your current VIP tier — higher-tier members benefit from priority processing. Standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated on the Deposit page, though phppg cannot guarantee processing times during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
phppg reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited, and the relevant account will be closed. phppg complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and may be required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements, which are stated clearly at the time each offer is presented. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account prior to processing the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.
phppg is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players in the Philippines. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform; exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage; colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market; and engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting.
Any attempt to manipulate the phppg platform — including but not limited to reverse engineering, unauthorised access to backend systems, or interfering with the integrity of live odds — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. phppg employs real-time monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, and accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.
Players are expected to interact with phppg staff and other users in a respectful manner at all times. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at support staff or other players will not be tolerated and may result in account closure. phppg reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, including where continued service would conflict with the platform's responsible gaming commitments or applicable Philippine regulations.
Bots, scripts, and automated betting software are strictly prohibited on the phppg platform.
Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures is a breach of these Terms.
Exploiting software glitches or errors for financial gain will result in winnings being voided and the account being closed.
phppg provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control — including network outages, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions — may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. phppg will not be liable for any losses, including lost winnings or missed betting opportunities, arising from such interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phppg's total liability to any account holder in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. phppg is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits or loss of data, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phppg's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phppg encourages players to first raise any concern through the FAQ page or the platform's support channels before pursuing formal legal remedies.
phppg reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the contact details on file, and continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
